Wilson’s Farm and Kitchen are experienced event caterers and are available to cater events off-farm including weddings, canapé parties, and other large gatherings. The kind of fare you can expect, is very much in keeping with our on-farm events and business ethos of making the most of seasonal and local produce. It won’t surprise you to know that we are beef specialists and pride ourselves on sourcing the very best beef that Scotland has to offer! We create beautifully presented food that is fresh, colourful and most importantly, delicious. We are a perfect fit for those that are looking for carefully curated dishes and who value meticulously selected ingredients. Wilson’s Farm and Kitchen have built an excellent reputation for unique menus and we are a good fit for clients needing a more creative approach.

Our bespoke service starts with a discussion with Lucy about menu ideas and food preferences. Often, our signature charcoal fired barbecues are what is requested but we don’t always use them. We’ve bought to life all sorts of concepts from Persian feasts, vegetarian banquets, Indian barbecues, Scandinavian fusion food and of course modern Scottish menus that celebrate the very best of Scottish producers.

Lucy is an angel! She produced faultless delicious food for 42 people for a 60th celebration. Quite apart from the incredible food was the calm way it is produced! Her whole team made our evening stress free and the team were so professional serving food and drinks (they did absolutely as instructed to keep glasses full!).
